Leadership Training
The basis. Our Leadership Training focuses on the sustainable strengthening of managers at the operational management level. In three modules, participants are going to be involved in a leadership world, that is characterized by inner clarity, the ability to act quickly and successful cooperation: an ability that goes far beyond the cognitive acquisition of tools!
Transfer Lab
The transmission lever. Our Transfer Lab offers many intervention-tools that sustainably focus on transporting topics of an organization - like change processes - into the organization. The Lab is commissioned by the company's management with the aim of involving the different management levels and thereby institutionalizing a multidimensional networking-over-dialogue.
