Paul Liskutin

As the founder of Liskutin und Partner, Paul looks back on a past that made it possible for him to experience different points of views throughout his life- as a technician, business economist and HR manager. More than two decades ago, Paul finally found the ideal way of sharing his strengths, on how to master particularly challenging situations: he became a management consultant, trainer and coach. His personal experiences, trainings and countless encounters with interesting people have ultimately lead him to follow his own path. A path that was full of challenges and obstacles, which were of a very specific quality and brought a lot of experience with them. Paul has always particularly valued the lasting relationships with his partners and colleagues.

Martin Rotter

Martin is a consultant, trainer and coach. In addition to the existential approach, we are also connected through the special methodology in our leadership training. With the examples of participants we are able to focus on the positive side of things and the modes of action that can be derived from them and thus combine theory and practice in a unique way. Team development and support with creative and joyful approaches are particularly important to him. He is a sparring partner and driving force in the development of new formats and as an online guide is our first contact person in case of technical problems.

orangecat Film production & collective

The orangecat film collective is a group of young filmmakers who are supported by Liskutin & Partner as a business angel in their start-up phase. With their skills and equipment, they cover the entire process of film production within our company. They produce professional videos and films for us and our customers in a wide range from art to commissioned work of all kinds. As a constant source of ideas and new employees for our company, this young start-up is an integral part of our business.

Claus-Dieter Beck

Claus is our partner when it comes to lasting business success through sensible sales and transaction processes. His know-how of sales and handling of customer projects complements our knowledge of making managers more effective, which is why we regularly carry out trainings for sales executives together.

Susanne De Cillia

When it comes to accompanying change processes in organizational units, we complement each other perfectly, so that we can provide effective support from strategic orientation to the transfer at the employee level. Managers who want to develop themselves further with their teams will find professional coaches in our team. The use of experience-oriented elements and analysis tools completes our work with teams.
